A simple and most natural way to improve vision is through palming and the Feldenkrais Method®. The Feldenkrais Method uses awareness and movement to improve how our nervous system rests and connects to deeper consciousness, creativity and imagination -- which will help expand your dreaming.
This short lesson helps relax eye strain, expand peripheral vision, improve vestibular balance and balance for walking. This lesson is adapted from Lesson #2 of Annie Thoe's Rest, Sleep and Dreaming series based on Feldenkrais and Nature on Patreon
