In this video I do a proximal hamstring injury exam with the thought that there may be an element of sciatica. I demonstrate a neurologic exam to rule out sciatica and perform selective tissue tension testing during the proximal hamstring injury exam. We go through a brief history and work through the evaluation to explain why someone could have sciatica symptoms with a proximal hamstring injury.
