This video is NOT targeted at kids under the age of 13.

Child's Play is a 1988 horror film (directed by Tom Holland and written by Don Mancini) about a criminal named Charles Lee Ray (played by Brad Dourif) who is able to transfer his soul and consciousness into a doll (a "Good Guy" doll). This movie was followed by several sequels: Child's Play 2 (1990), Child's Play 3 (1991), Bride of Chucky (1998), Seed of Chucky (2004), Curse of Chucky (2013), and Cult of Chucky (2017). In 2019, there was a reboot of this movie also titled Child's Play (in which Mark Hamill did the voice of Chucky). Then in 2021, a TV series called Chucky began (on both SyFy and USA Network).

Some other cast members and characters of this movie / television series include: Alex Vincent as Andy Barclay, Chris Sarandon as Mike Norris, Catherine Hicks as Karen Barclay, Jack Colvin as Dr. Ardmore, Neil Giuntoli as Eddie Caputo, Christine Elise as Kyle, Justin Whalin as teenage Andy Barclay, Perrey Reeves as De Silva, Jeremy Sylvers as Tyler, Jennifer Tilly as Tiffany, Nick Stabile as Jesse, Katherine Heigl as Jade, John Ritter as Chief Warren Kincaid, Billy Boyd as Glen, Redman as himself, John Waters as Pete Peters, Fiona Dourif as Nica, Chantal Quesnelle as Sarah, Allison Dawn Doiron as Rachel, Michael Therriault as Dr. Foley, Zackary Arthur as Jake Wheeler, Bjorgvin Arnarson as Devon Evans, Alyvia Alyn Lind as Lexy Cross, Devon Sawa as Logan Wheeler, Barbara Alyn Woods as Mayor Michelle Cross, Carina Battrick as Caroline Cross, Teo Briones as Junior Wheeler, and Lexa Doig as Bree Wheeler.

The first movies made it clear that Charles Lee Ray was based in the city of Chicago, Illionois. But the series is not only set in Hackensack, New Jersey, but has also revealed that Charles Lee Ray grew up in Hackensack, NJ, before moving to Chicago. In October of 2022, I decided to explore Chucky's town of Hackensack. For me, the most interesting thing I saw there was a street called Clinton Place, where almost every house had an amazing Halloween displays (including different themes such as the Wizard of Oz, the Addams Family, the Nightmare Before Christmas, killer clowns, zombies, witches, Hocus Pocus, and even the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man from Ghostbusters). I also really enjoyed Johnson Park on River Street. Please watch this video to see for the town for yourself!
