Dr. Rowe shows how to fix a popping, snapping, and clicking hip for good using NO EQUIPMENT! As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done AT HOME and may help get rid of hip click, pop, and crack sounds in as little as 30 SECONDS!

This video will be broken up into an EASY, effective step-by-step guide that's going to target the main causes of snapping hip syndrome.

In the first part, we're going to tackle a huge culprit of a popping hip, that is lack of overall hip MOBILITY. Two easy stretches will help improve range of motion and flexibility of the hip joint capsule, hopefully leading to less snapping sounds with movement.

The second part is going to focus on a big instigator of hip popping and clicks: issues with the iliopsoas muscle (a main hip flexor), including iliopsoas tendonitis.

Third, we'll focus on fixing imbalances and weakness in the glutes and core (abs) muscles, which may also lead to snapping hip syndrome.

WATCH now and get rid of popping and cracking hip sounds for good!
