Ola Electric planning to launch electric autorickshaw ahead of IPO:

1. Ola is now planning to launch its own electric autorickshaw which could be named “Raahi”.
2. It is expected that Ola Electric will be making the announcement by the end of this month.
3. Ola can significantly boost their revenues and make their IPO even more attractive to investors.

Pune’s Regional Transport Authority (RTA) rejects Ola and Uber’s aggregator license:

1. Ola seems to be getting into trouble with Pune’s Regional Transport Authority.
2. both Ola and Uber had both applied for an aggregators licence with Pune’s RTA back in December 2023 and their applications had been pending.
3. Finally, the RTA has made up its mind and decided not to grant them the license.

Zepto becomes the first e-commerce platform to introduce a platform fee:

1. First, it was Zepto Pass and now Zepto has even introduced a platform fee of 2 rupees for select users.
2. But that’s not the only extra fee that Zepto charges.
3. In fact, the company also charges an additional “late night handling fee” of 15 rupees for orders placed after 11 PM.

1. Byju Raveendran gets some relief as the Karnataka High Court extends the interim stay on Byju’s plea against the Extraordinary General Meeting’s decision to remove Byju Raveendran and his family from the company.
2. The relief is provided till the next hearing which is scheduled on 28th March.
3. According to media reports, the company has given up all their office spaces in India expect for their headquarters in Bengaluru to cut down costs and asked their employees to work from home.
