If you have a chronic heart or lung condition such as heart failure or COPD, then this 30 minute gentle follow along exercise programme may just be suitable for you. It’s delivered at a steady lower intensity level, mixing standing and seated exercises. As always, if you participate, make sure you take it at your own pace and you can pause the video if necessary, between exercises. If you’re unsure if it will be suitable for you and your health condition, then check with your doctor first.
