In this short guided session, Master Niels explains how you can best start with your meditation practice, what posture to begin with, and what to focus on during your meditation.

As a beginner, start with a 5 to 10-minute session and remember to practice daily to create a routine. When you feel comfortable practicing, you can extend the length of your practice to 20 or even 30 minutes.
