A 45 minute challenging full body workout for cyclists. No equipment needed. The only item you'll need is your own body weight, a chair, or a bench. Follow along with 5x National Cycling Champion and ALP Coach Alison Powers.

This workout starts with a 13min warm-up, dynamic stretching, and muscle activation. Then we do 2 circuits of 3 exercises that include- upper body, lower body, and core exercises.
