ALP Coach Brie shows us 5 basic Plyometric exercises that can benefit all cyclists!
Increase your: leg speed, anaerobic power, balance and snap! HIIT Workout.
* Workout Equipment needed*: Step-up, stair or "box jump", jump rope (optional) and HeartRate Strap w/ watch (optional)
*Workout Description*: 2-3 rounds of the circuit (with 30 secs rest between rounds)
1 round includes:
- 1 min of jump rope, burpees or jumping jacks
20 reps (each leg) of:
-single leg box jumps
-single leg lateral jumps
-single leg hops
-explosive air squats
-Ice skaters
