In this video, I show you how to set up Apple Sleep so you can track your sleep stages in Apple Health.

Equipment required
- Apple Watch 4 or above running WatchOS 9
- Ideally, iPhone 8 or above running iOS16

You can go as low as an iPhone; however, there are some compatibility issues with newer Apple Watch models.

SleepHQ Pro Members with Apple Watches (Version 4 and above) can track Apple Sleep Stage data with their CPAP therapy on SleepHQ.
