Just two eggs and one piece of seafood make a really delicious rice bowl dish.
I added two types of seafood, shrimp and squid, but it is delicious even if you only add one type.
It's easy, so try it!
*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

✤ Stir-fried seafood
- 6 Prawns
- 100g Cooked squid
- 20g Unsalted butter (cooking oil available)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 7g (0.5Tbsp) Minced garlic
✤ Egg water
- 2 eggs
- 3g (1tsp) Oyster sauce
- 2g (0.5tsp) Sugar
- 2g (1tsp) Chili powder
- 2g (1tsp) Curry powder
- Milk 12g (1.5Tbs) Coconut milk available
✤ Served with toppings
- Green onion or basil
- Red pepper (can be omitted)
- Cooked rice
✤ TIP
- Before adding the egg mixture, add oil to the pan and heat it.
- When adding stir-fried seafood, reduce the heat to low.
- To eat soft, cook the eggs only about 90%.
