✤ Ingredients
- 86g sausage
- Crab Sticks
- One white green onion
- Half an onion
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 king oyster mushroom
- Carrots (as much as you want)
- 3 eggs
- 700ml water
- Starch water (1 spoon (13g) + 3Tbsp water)

✤ Seasoning
- 16g (2Tbsp) of soy sauce
- 15g (1.5Tbsp) of oyster sauce
- 3 g (1tsp) salt
- 1Tbsp Sesame oil (off heat)
