I made tteokbokki, Korean soul food.
Eating soup and rice cake together is called Gukmul Tteokbokki.
It is very delicious.
And I made rice cakes for those who are hard to find abroad.
I made it by filling the ingredients I want to eat together in the rice cake.

✤ Rice cake ingredients
- 200g Rice flour
- 200ml Hot water
- 2g (0.5tsp) Salt

✤ Rice cake filling (optional)
- Quail eggs
- Mozzarella cheese
- Sausage

✤ Ingredients for Gukmul Tteokbokki
- Tteokbokki Rice Cake
- 100g Eomuk(fish cake)
- 70g Chopped green onion
- 100g Cabbage
- 5g Dried kelp

✤ Gukmul Tteokbokki Sauce
- 48g(2tbsp) Gochujang (red pepper paste)
- 8g(1.5tbsp) Fine chili pepper powder
- 15g(1.5tbsp) Sugar (can be honey)
- 15g(2tbsp) Soy sauce
- 700ml Water

✤ TIP
- If you eat tteokbokki while it is hot, the rice cake will not be sticky but soft.
If you eat it when it is completely cooled, it will feel more chewy.
- When making tteokbokki, dry the rice cake and use it.
- If you can't eat spicy food, reduce the amount of chili powder.
- If you eat tteokbokki, you only need to add 500ml of water.
