This is a review of the Thera Cane. It is normally used to release myofascial trigger points through self-massage. I like it the best for my upper body in my upper traps and my upper back, but you technically could use it for the lower body too.

The Theracane is probably best used with one hand providing directional control and the other acting as a pivot. Look for some spots that are giving you problems , then either put pressure or rub along the tissue.
