If you've never grilled a Flat Iron Steak, stop everything and find one. Then follow the simple recipe I show in this video, including that for a Mushroom Butter Sauce, and you will have a beautiful piece of beef that will not disappoint.

Marinade Ingredients

2 TBSP Minced Garlic
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Mushroom Butter Sauce Ingredients

3 cups Sliced Mushrooms
3 TBSP Butter + 1 TBSP Butter
1 tsp Balsamic Glaze
1/4 tsp Horseradish
1/4 cup White Wine
