所需材料:
猪排骨 1Kg
三美肉骨茶汤包 1个
蒜头 1整粒
腐竹 适量
罐头蘑菇 适量
金针菇 适量
青葱

调味:
清水 2000mL
生抽 2 汤匙
盐 2茶匙

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Pork ribs 1kg cut smaller. Wash and add into a pot of cold water. Add in 3pcs ginger and turn on heat. Remove impurities on the surface and boil for 2-3min. Rinse and drain. Set aside
2. 三美BKT 1 pkt
3. Garlic 1 big clove remove the outer skins and wash
4. Bean curd, deep fried
5. Can mushrooms
6. Enoki mushrooms
7. Spring onion
8. Water 2 litres

Seasoning
1. Light soya sauce 2tbsp
2. Salt 2tsp

Method
1. Boil a pot of water and add in the BKT packet. Add in garlic, pork ribs and light soya sauce. Boil for 15min.
2. Add salt and turn to low heat and simmer for an hour.
3. Transfer to claypot and bring to boil. Add in mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and fried bean curds. Sprinkle some spring onions
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
