烤豆腐所需材料:
方形豆卜
黄瓜
芽菜
花生碎
小辣椒青红
蒜头
甜酱油
黑酱油
红糖
白糖

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Square tau pok
2. Cucumber, remove skin and cut slices then julienne (discard seeds). Wash in water and squeeze away the water. Place on kitchen towel
3. Some bean sprouts

Sauce
1. Green and red chilli padi 5pcs
2. Garlic 4 cloves
3. Sweet soya sauce 3tbsp
4. Dark soya sauce 1/2tbsp
5. Brown sugar 1 tbsp
6. White sugar 1 tbsp
7. White vinegar 1tbsp
8. Crushed peanuts 3 tbsp

Method
1. Stir fry the chilli padi and garlic under low heat till aromatic. Transfer it with the oil in the mortar and pound it. Add brown sugar and white sugar and continue to pound. Add white vinegar and mix till sugar has dissolved. Add sweet soya sauce and dark soya sauce and mix well. Add crushed peanuts and mix well.
2. Toast the tau pok (whole and cut half) at 160deg for 8-10min.
3. Blanch the bean sprouts and set aside
4. Cut the toasted tau pok into 4 equal parts for the whole part.
5. Arrange some bean sprouts and cucumber on a plate. Place the tau pok on top of it. Drizzle the sauce on top of the tau pok and garnish with crushed peanuts
6. For the tau pok which cut half, fill it with bean sprouts and cucumber. Then add the sauce on it and garnish with crushed peanuts.
7. Serve and enjoy! 💕
