Check with your local utility companies for rebates on these chargers and the install. My local electric company here in MI offers a pretty sweet deal and combining that with the 30% off federal rebate that's available come tax time, this awesome smart charger will end up being FREE! Cant beat that.

The main advantage here is that instead of 15 hours charge time from the Jeep provided level 1 charger, I can now recharge from dead in about 2.5 hours. This means more range per day. I could use up some miles in the morning, come home and recharge and drive again later, possibly extending EV range to 50, 75, or even 100 miles in a day! More miles means more smiles Y'all!
