Sharing how to reduce muscle twitching!

Muscle Twitches can be caused by so many things and as such there is not one single way to resolve, here I share general ways to to help reduce twitching muscles but also guide to better life choices!

People with muscles twitching also known as benign fasciculation syndrome (BFS) can also suffer from anxiety, this may be a new thing or something you’ve had a long time but I will try my best to help you also reduce your anxiety.

Muscle twitching all over your body can take a while to get used too, personally I twitch 24/7 but I get periods of less awareness and I get other times where the muscles are twitching off the scale! Calves twitching 24/7, tongue twitching is common and random hot spots all over at anytime is also common..

I mention a couple of products in my video, they are;

Berocca: Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, Folic Acid, B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Zinc and Calcium.

Cod Liver Oil: Rich in omega 3 oils, vitamin A & D

Everything in the video works well for me and it might be of some help to people out there who are new to BFS or muscle twitching and anxiety issues.

Something that I don’t mention is general self care, look up Hygge, it’s all about getting away from the busy daily life and enjoying lovely food or creating a cosy relaxing environment.
At my house we love to light a scented candle, dim the lights and chill.
I recommend soy candles from https://www.duskbydawn.com as they are high quality, non toxic, cruelty free and vegan friendly.

Please look after your selves, work to reduce anxiety and stress, be good to yourself and take care!
