Enjoy this 15-minute lower body workout featuring cardio and strength training. Great for all levels, this workout only requires a kettlebell and can be completed from the comfort of your home, backyard or park. If you want to increase the intensity or duration, repeat for up to 4 times and progressively add more weight. There are no swing movements so you could also complete the exercises using a dumbbell or heavy bag like a duffle or purse. Enjoy!
