鸡蛋也需要放至室温再用哦
Butter should be softened before use
Eggs also need to be brought to room temperature before use.

Moist Banana Chocolate Cake:
160g unsalted butter
70g sugar
200g banana
80g egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
220g low-gluten flour /cake flour
3/4 tsp (3 g) baking powder
3/4 tsp (2g) baking soda
1/8 tsp (a pinch ofsalt) salt
120g milk + 5g lemon juice or white vinegar Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes before use
Or just use buttermilk instead
10g cocoa powder
20g hot water
70g chocolate chips

Bake in a preheated 165C /325F oven for about 60 minutes

绵润双色香蕉巧克力蛋糕:
160g 无盐黄油
70g 糖
200g 香蕉
80g 鸡蛋
1小匙 香草精
220g 低筋面粉
3/4 小匙(3 g) 泡打粉
3/4 小匙(2g)小苏打
1/8 小匙 (手捏一点) 盐
120g牛奶+ 5g 柠檬汁或白醋 拌匀静置5分钟后使用
或者直接使用buttermilk 即可
10g 可可粉
20g 热水
70g 黑巧克力

放入预热好160C烤箱烤约60分钟
