Are you having difficulty breathing because of allergies or sinus infection or having a stuffy nose? If you do then you need to watch this video

When you have a sinus infection, allergic reaction or just a stuffy nose, it is very irritating. I would suggest that you try the exercises that we are going to do first before you go to the store and get you a nasal spray. The downside with those nasal sprays is that you will develop a tolerance for it therefore you might get dependent to it each and every time you have a stuffy nose. So if you are ready let’s start doing the exercises that worked for me and hopefully will work for you.
Now before we get started, try to breathe in and compare which side is more stuffy. It might be your right or left left or both but take note of it.
1. Eyebrow massage- Use the knuckle of your index finger and or even the tip of your fingers and massage the top margin of your eyebrows 10 times. Go from the middle going out.
2. Nose massage- Massage the sides of your nose coming from the top going down. Do this 10 times
3. Cheekbones massage- Using your thumb, massage your cheekbones from the middle going outdoors. Do 10 repetitions.
4. Nose flaring - flare your nose using your thumb for 10-15 seconds
5. Inhale hold exhale - Take a deep breath in then blow all the Air out, pinch your nose, tilt your head back for 10 seconds, bring your head down exhale and breath in deep

After doing these exercises, try to take another deep breath and see if you’re able to breathe better. Is your right or left nostril still stuffy? If these exercises helped you, please consider sharing this to your friends and family.
