这次我把视频拍的祥细一点,蛋糕是直然开口笑,是无需洒十字糖,希望每位都能成功蒸出开口大笑的鸡蛋糕。

In this new video, the procedure is explained in detailed. The making of this cake does not sprinkle sugar as big plus “十” on top of the mixture , wish you all happy baking

Ingredients:
3 large eggs (鸡蛋)- grade A
250g caster sugar (细砂糖)
300g plain flour (普通面粉)
200ml isotonic drink (汽水 - 7up, soda water , 100 plus)
