婆婆说因为以前荷兰水贵,她们都是用发粉做的鸡蛋糕,到后来“荷兰水”越来越盛行 + 便宜,所以也开始有这种做法,吃起来的风味更胜一筹!而且做法简单,小孩也可以一起动手做做看~
蒸鸡蛋糕的炉一定要开大火,够热去蒸,蛋糕才会“开花”!

材料 Ingredients:
- 3粒鸡蛋 3 egg
- 250克的面粉 200-250g of all purpose flour(plain flour)
- 150ml的汽水 150ml of soda drink
- 150-180克的糖 150-180g of sugar
