REDBUD JELLY RECIPE:

2 Cups Redbud tree blossoms
2 Cups Boiling Water
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Cups Granulated Sugar
4 Tablespoons Powdered Fruit Pectin

Collect "Redbuds" in a glass jar. Pour the boiling water over them. Stir. Cover. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours). Strain liquid into a clean jar. Add Lemon Juice and say "Woooo!". Pour liquid into a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in Sugar and Pectin until fully dissolved. Stir consistently until liquid comes to a hard boil. Stir and keep at a hard boil for 1 full minute, then remove from heat. Distribute into small glass jars and quickly screw on lids. Let come to room temperature, then refrigerate, eat on homemade biscuits and smile, or give as gifts to others!
