In this episode, CAPT Seamus "Flats" Flatley, former Tomcat pilot and commanding officer of VF-154 "Black Knights," talks about when he led a detachment of 4 F-14As flying out of a base in Qatar in direct support of Task Force 20, a collection of Tier One Special Operators that included elements of SEAL Team 6, Delta Force, and Army Rangers. TF 20 was tasked with finding weapons of mass destruction and the Iraqi bad guys. This final chapter of the Tomcat's operational life shows the airplane at its most lethal and flexible courtesy of the efforts of talented maintainers and innovative Naval Aviators.
