When going headless, one of the first questions is, where do I get a head. if you're replacing your online eCommerce e experience, you need to replace your website with something. You could start from first principles, build a brand new app experience, implement PWA characteristics, build new components, and define a new design language. but that's a lot of work!

That's where the new Frontend as a Service providers come in. You can buy a storefront out of the box with varying capabilities, flexibility and openness.
