Let's make a Seitan Based Meatball Sub. Super easy, doesn't take very long and not a lot of weird ingredients! Seitan is the protein from wheat. If you have a gluten allergy or sensitivity, this is not a recipe for you. Otherwise, seitan is a great way to get protein into a plant based diet. This meatball sub is delicious!
