How I Make Plant Based Italian Sausage with Seitan. Italian Sausage... possibly one thing that can make me go back to the Dark Side. No... not really, but you get the idea. Seitan is used here to make a great texture in this plant based sausage. It's herby, it's spicy, it's chewy... yeah, it's Seitan Italian Sausage! Make up a bunch and freeze it to use anytime you need a plant based sausage.
