What happens when you unintentionally end someone's life? They’re experiences that usually live in the darkest parts of our imagination. For this week’s Insight guests, however, they're a difficult reality.
Former Insight host Jenny Brockie talks to Peter, who ran over his 15-month-old daughter in the driveway of their home; train diver Mick, who has felt bodies on the tracks; Vietnam War veteran Ben, who mistakenly open-fired on a group of civilians, and Maryann, who accidentally killed a small boy when he darted in front of her car.
This episode originally aired in 2018.

Insight, hosted by Kumi Taguchi, is Australia's leading forum for powerful first-person stories offering a unique perspective on the way we live.
Insight first went to air in 1995 and has since been a mainstay of SBS current affairs programming. The team doesn't shy away from taboo topics: from polygamy, to brain implants, to the secrets revealed on the deathbed.
