In this episode of Insight, host Jenny Brockie takes a look at those with anxiety and how they manage their everyday lives.

We speak to those who have battled with anxiety since adolescence, like Guy who works as a management consultant and has suffered from anxiety since he was a teenager. Other guests include Deborah Hart, a french horn player who’s had anxiety around performing since she was a child. Deborah went on to work with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra but struggled to play in performances. Dani who suffered from regular panic attacks since year 8. Tim Oberg, chief executive for a fitness not-for-profit. Two years ago, Tim had an unexpected panic attack before flying. He had no history of anxiety or nervous flying. His panic and anxiety continued and he was forced to take three months off work.
