Daily life gets busy, sometimes overwhelming. Knowing how to get re-connected with yourself, how to get grounded or centered again, helps to keep the overwhelm from taking over. Often people feel they don’t have enough time for a yoga practice. In this session, we’ll be doing yoga vignettes: a short practice followed by stillness. This can help you to realize how effective even a short practice can be in helping you to regain your sense of your calmness of mind.
