Most people assume that walking correctly is a given, but it is not, and that is why so many people end up with foot, knee, hip, and back pain. The Walking Code is my system that teaches how to move properly from the core. If you walk correctly, you can walk without problems for your whole life. Many people do not walk correctly, and that can cause pain and disability.
