Hey guys! In this video, we take a Korean classic and give it a healthy edge over the original. With less than a gram of sugar per meal, this dish allows you to have Bulgogi guilt free! Also, each meal only costs $4.14 which will seriously save on a ton of food costs throughout the week. Try this one out guys, we are so excited to share this one with you.

Ingredient List
1. Beef 1.3lbs: $9.30
2. 1/2 cup - soy sauce: $1.79
3. 3T - sugar or monk fruit sweetener: $5.95
4. 2T - chopped garlic: $.99
5. 2T - sesame oil: $1.69
6. 1T - chopped green onion: $.99

$20.71/5 meals + white rice (we forgot to put the calculation of the cost)
$4.14/meal + ~$.20

33.2g Protein
36.6g Carbs
13.8g Fats

Recipe:
1. Cut up the beef into thin strips and trim off any silver skin you see which is this membrane on top of the beef that looks like a sheet of skin.
2. Put beef into bowl. Add in 1/2 cup soy sauce, 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp chopped green onions and mix till well combined.
3. Cook on medium high heat until water is boiled off and nice color forms on the bulgogi. (Around 7-10 minutes).
4. Plate with 100g of rice and 4 oz. of bulgogi. & enjoy!!
