Mayak Gyeran sauce
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
½ cup sugar
¼ cup vinegar
Chili and Onions

Kimchi sauce
Fish Sauce 1/4 cup
Gochugaru ½ cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Garlic 5 Cloves
1 Knob of Ginger

Sweet Soy Marinade
½ cup soy
½ onion
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp rice wine

Divide in half, add 1 tbsp Gochujang, 1 tbsp Honey for Dakgalbi Marinade
