Shout out to the pandemic for getting me into trail running! Some of the best running in Los Angeles that I have done has been on the trails and in the mountains surrounding LA. In this video, I'll take you through my favorite trail runs that I did in 2020, how to get to them, and how difficult they were!

Part of what I've enjoyed about trail running in Los Angeles is that it is so incredibly varied. You can go from desert like conditions to an alpine wonderland in the course of one run. Trail running is such a great way to get out in nature and still get your workout or running fix for the day. Yes, it takes a lot longer to get to your workout, but it's worth it at least once a week!
