Each day for 30 days you watch a short video that gives in-depth coaching on a different aspect of posture, plus a mini stretch and exercise session that is designed to open tight posture muscles and strengthen weak ones.

How often should I do it: After you finish the initial 30 day program you should continue to dedicate 10 minutes each day to posture stretches and exercises in order to see continued progress.
