Finally had chance to post this highlight reel.

At Age 45, I did my SECOND physique competition in 2023.

First one was in May 2023 with OCB.
Masters 40+: I took 1st (**won a Pro Card)
Open: 2nd
Novice: 2nd

Now I am doing NPC:
Masters 40+: 1st place
True Novice: 3rd place in my class

Will post a more detailed documentary to give you a nice behind the scenes view into this prep and physique competition.

Amazing experience. So hard, but worth it.
