▶Ingredient
300g Bibigo boiled dumplings, 1000ml water, 5g chicken stock powder, 1tbsp sesame oil
Sauce - 2tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp vinegar, 1tsp sugar, 6tbsp the water in which the dumplings were boiled, crushed pepper(red pepper powder), chives

▶Recipe
1. Add 2tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp vinegar, and 1tsp sugar and mix.
2. Add 1000ml of water and boil.
3. When the water boils, add 5g chicken stock powder and 1tbsp of sesame oil.
4. Add 300g of bibigo water dumplings and boil for 3 minutes.
5. Take out the dumplings and soak them in cold water. Then, gently put the dumplings in the water they were boiled in and place them on a plate.
6. Add 6 tbsp the water in which the dumplings were boiled to the sauce prepared in advance, mix, and pour over dumplings.
7. Sprinkle crushed pepper and chives on the dumplings.
