▶Ingredients
Eggs
Soy sauce : 120ml water, 90ml soy sauce, 60g sugar, 2tbsp minced green onion, 2tbsp minced onion, 1/2tbsp minced garlic

▶Recipe
1. Add 120g of water, 90g of soy sauce, and 60g of sugar to a pot.
2. Add 2tbsp choped green onion, 2tbsp choped onion, and 1/2tbsp minced garlic to the soy sauce.
3. When it starts to boil over medium-low heat, turn off the heat and let it cool.
4. Place the egg in the pot, place a cup in the middle to secure the egg so it does not move, and then place a mark on the egg.
5. Put water in a pot about 2/3 of the height of the eggs and when it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and boil for 6 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat, add the boiled eggs in cold water and cool for 5 minutes.
7. Peel half of the egg starting from the marked side, then turn it over and carefully peel the marked side.
