▶Ingredients
6 slices of bread, 2 eggs, bread crumbs
3tbsp olive oil, 10 garlic cloves, 200g chicken breast, 3 button mushrooms
100ml milk, 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 10g unsalted butter, pepper
salad leaves, sliced ham, cherry tomatoes, peperoncino
▶Recipe
1 Lay two slices of bread on top of each other, roll them out with a rolling pin, and then scoop them out into circles.
2 Cover bread with egg and breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.
3 Cut 10 garlic cloves, 200g chicken breast, and 3 button mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
4 Add 3 tbsp olive oil and 10 cloves of garlic over medium heat and fry until brown, then add sliced chicken breast and button mushrooms and fry.
5 Add 100ml of milk and 1/2 tps of chicken stock powder. When the milk boils, add 2 slices of cheddar cheese and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
6 Add 10g of unsalted butter and pepper and mix.
7 Cut the fried bread in half, add salad leaves, sliced ham, stir-fried chicken breast, and cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with peperoncino.

▶Tip
The sides of the bread must be well coated with egg and bread crumbs so that they puff up when frying.
Be careful not to crack the sides of the bread when adding the contents.
