Landy Slattery, Creative Director Channel 4
Landy is a founder and ex co-chair of 4women, the gender equality network at Channel 4. In 2018 4Women launched the media industry’s first menopause policy and one year later made their policy public for anyone else to use. The policy to date has had 3400 downloads! 4Women is one of a strong network of employee groups working towards equality and inclusivity at Channel 4. Landy’s other role is Creative Director of All 4, 4creative, which involves looking after the marketing creative for Channel 4’s on-demand platform ALL 4.

Carly Tait, Paralympian & DE&I Lead
Carly Tait (PLY) is a Paralympian and D&I Lead who has worked with global brands and businesses to shape and implement their DEI ambitions. Carly is a passionate advocate for intersectional inclusion and brings her lived experience as someone who went into menopause at 30. She is now dedicated to improving the awareness and allyship around menstrual, hormonal and fertility health.

Dr Helen O'Neill, CEO of Hertility
Dr Helen is a Lecturer in Reproductive and Molecular Genetics at University College London and a leading expert in reproductive science. She has a MSc in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine and a PhD in Stem Cell Biology from UCL. Her research focuses on pre-implantation embryo development and the use of CRISPR genome editing to assess the understanding and treatment of disorders of infertility.
She was awarded in the Top Twenty Women in Data in 2019 and one of the Top Fifty Inspirational Women in Technology in 2022. She is also a Lecturer at University College London where she lectures both masters and medical students in reproductive and molecular genetics and is a thought leader in reproductive science speaking at various conferences and TedX events.
