As part of Aware Mental Health Week, we spoke with Dr Cian Ahern, Clinical Psychologist & Clinical Manager at Jigsaw, Dr Declan Lyons, Consultant Psychiatrist at St Patrick’s Mental Health Services, and lived experience expert Oonagh Miller about mental health across the lifespan.

Aware Mental Health Week takes place from Monday 9th October, with World Mental Health Day, taking place on Tuesday October 10th. Our awareness campaign this year focuses on depression across the lifespan and aims to increase understanding of depression across different life stages, provide hope and empower people to reach out for support, along with providing clinical expertise to educate the public on the causes, course and consequences of depression. We have a host of content, videos and stories, alongside a webinar to mark the week. Find out more at www.aware.ie/mental-health-week-2023
