Release your hamstring fascia and feel taller and more relaxed!
Or use this technique to take care of a bunch of aches and pains that can happen due to fascial adhesions and restrictions in your hamstrings.

Such as:

✅ Tightness in your hamstrings (duh)
✅ Quadriceps muscle cramps when you extend your leg
✅ Knee pain
✅ Low back tightness and low back pain
✅ TailboneI pain or a feeling of tension in your SI joint
✅ Restless leg syndrome
✅ Plantar fasciitis / foot pain

PLEASE keep in mind that this ONE technique might be able to reduce (or even eliminate) many of the above pains, but I always recommend finding the root cause - otherwise you might end up in pain “management.”

Sitting can cause tight hamstrings, but so can pelvic instability, hip imbalances, leaning on one leg or compensations from injuries to that same leg, or the opposite.
