large eggs 6
milk 60g 1/4 cup
butter 50g 1/4 cup
cream cheese 160g
cake flour 50g（10g for adjustment） 1/3 cup （1 tablespoon for adjustment）
white vinegar 10g 2 teaspoons
sugar 75g 1/3cup+1 tablespoon

320F/160C preheat oven
300F/150C bake for 1 hour with aluminum foil
300F/150C bake for 20 minutes without foil
turn on the broiler for 2-3 minutes at the end to darken the color.
