1 onion diced
Olive oil
Cook until slightly translucent
2 garlic cloves, minced
Ground beef 1 lb (500 g)
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1tsp
Oregano 1tsp
Basil 1tsp
Sweet paprika 1 tsp
Sear the ground beef until golden brown
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Dry ziti pasta 1 lb (450 g)
Pour boiling water over tomatoes
grate the tomatoes
Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
continue simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened
Cheese 5.3 oz (150 g)
Sprinkle half of the сheese
Mozzarella 5.3 oz (150 g)
put half of the сheese
Sprinkle the second half of the cheese
Put the second half of the cheese
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 - 30 minutes
