Why intermittent Fasting is a simple solution for weight loss. Body fat is simply a method of storing food energy. When we eat, our body wants to store those calories. When we don't eat (intermittent fasting), our body uses those calories. So, if we want to lose body fat, increase the duration of time that we are not eating. Check out my blog at   / drjasonfung
