Teaching and talking about deep tissue back massage techniques. Long video to talk about releasing knots, tension, muscular adhesions, improving range of motion and so on. I did a no talking video so I wanted to comment over another version to give the people what they want! You gotta give the people what they want. I also filmed more footage that should be out soon! It'll be an exciting, bodywork filled rest of 2019. This is slowly turning into a ramble but I hope you enjoy the techniques, let me know what other ideas you guys want to see in the future.
