REVERSE DIETING - How to stop Optavia without regaining lost weight:
1. Calculate your maintenance calories: http://bit.ly/2oQLXTY
2. Add up the number of calories you eat per day on average.
3. First thing next morning before eating/drinking, get your baseline fat mass and lean mass: https://bit.ly/30yGj7B
4. Aim to eat calories you calculated in step 2 + 200 calories/day for 1 week.
5. At end of week, repeat step 3. If your fat mass change ≤ lean mass change, you're good.
6. Repeat steps 4-5 until you are at your maintenance calories calculated in step 1.
