Today’s challenge is about getting out of the head and into the body using movement, breath, and sound. You’ll do 1 mind-body exercise and 1 incredible pelvic floor stretch combined. Get out of your head, and into the present moment and just notice whatever sensations are in the body. This is the definition of embodiment!

You don’t have to do anything special to do embodiment work. Although you’re walking around in a body, you might not actually be present in your body.
👉You might feel numb or disconnected, or out of touch with your body.
👉You might not trust your body.
👉You might even be afraid of your body!

That’s where the embodiment tools of movement, breath, and sound come into play: they can help you be more present and feel what it means to be a person inhabiting a human body, and from there, you can start to appreciate it, and work with it.
